Help! my package has gone missing or is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
Before you email us about your package the first thing you need to do is contact your local carrier or your local post office and open a missing package case. Often times the package is waiting for you at your local post office or was marked as delivered too early. Please also be sure to ask neighbours if they received your package by mistake. These problems are issues with your local carrier and need to be taken up with them first before contacting us, as this will be exactly what we tell you to do before we can help you further! Once you have taken these steps we will gladly help you out best we can <3
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will generally be shipped within 2-5 business days from Paris, France via "La Poste".
All shipping costs include a "handling fee" which covers the cost of packaging and travel to and from the post office. If you see the shipping cost displayed on your label is 1-2 Euros cheaper than the shipping cost you paid, that is why. Any overages that exceed the cost of postage + the handling fee will be refunded.
All orders are set to include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item has shipped ! Please contact me if you have any additional shipping inquiries.
How long will it take to get my order?
Items are shipped from Paris, France. All orders shipping within France are considered Domestic and will be delivered within 1-3 business days. See below for details on international orders. Once your item is shipped, you should receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes ! Make sure to send me a message if you have a specific request regarding shipment and destination.
The price of shipment will depend on the total weight of the package. International packages typically take 7-21 business days to arrive to their destination. International orders may have customs or import duties applied - I am not responsible for these extra costs and/or delays.
I am happy to say I accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal payment on all orders. Your payment information is never stored and is safely protected.
Returns and exchanges
I want to make sure you are happy with your order ! If you have a problem or something isn't right please contact me at email@example.com within 15 days of receiving your order. I will make sure everything is as should be. If you wish to return your purchase it must be mailed with 15 days of your order arrival date. Returns mailed after 15 days of order arrival will be issued store credit. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them in order to receive a full refund. Shipping on the returned merchandise is at the shipper's expense.
