Orders will generally be shipped within 4-9 business days from Paris depending on order loads, France via "La Poste". Orders will not be prepared or shipped on weekends and national holidays.

If your order is urgent please make sure to make a note at checkout so I know to send it faster.

Please note that while I can expedite your order on my end, once I hand it over to the carrier, it will follow their delivery times and delays.

I always hate to hear about lost mail... MOST of the time, packages are found or mistakenly delivered to neighbors. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international. However, when this happens it’s obviously a bummer for both of us, so I always do my best to try and help. Email me at shop(at)

I want to make sure you are happy with your order. If you have a problem or something isn't right please contact me at shop(at) within 15 days of receiving your order. I will make sure everything is as should be.

If you wish to return your purchase it must be mailed with 15 days of your order arrival date. Returns mailed after 15 days of order arrival will be issued store credit. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them in order to receive a full refund.

Please note: The customer will be responsible for all related shipping fees. All items from the Sale section are final sale and may not be returned. I currently do not process exchanges.

I offer a 60-day warranty on all enamel pins and will either mail you a replacement or offer you a refund. Just email me a photo to shop(at) I'll make sure to look into it and fix the issue ! I always appreciate any feedback regarding quality issues.

Items are shipped from Paris, France. All orders shipping within France are considered Domestic and will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

Once your item is shipped, you should receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that international orders may take up to a month to arrive.
